Ride & Rock is in the 9th year and has nearly raised $310,000 for Doernbecher Children's Hospital!  This will be our final year and our goal is to raise $100,000! To the riders, the rockers, the sponsors, the volunteers, this could not have been done without you! All proceeds from the day are donated to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, the premier children’s hospital on the West Coast dedicated solely to making the world better for our sick children, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.

Over the past 20 years, iQ Credit Union and Fibre Federal Credit Union have participated in charity events that have helped raise funds in excess of $8 million dollars for Doernbecher Children's Hospital. The idea of a charity ride was the brainchild of Roger Michaelis of iQ CU, and Larry Hoff of Fibre FCU - two CEOs who love to ride. The Ride & Rock planning committee is comprised of staff members from both credit unions.

The event was first known as the Credit Union Charity Ride, and was started in 2006. Each year, a new route is chosen and roughly 200 motorcycles and their riders show up for the fun. Ten years later, nearly $310,000 has been raised for Doernbecher!

Last year we raised $73,000 and we had a rockin' time doing so! We know that this year will not be any different! Let's get together, have a great ride and rock it out!
